Personal Book Cataloging for Mac OS X

Books is a Mac application for cataloging personal book collections for Mac OS X 10.4 and later. Originally built by Chris Karr in 2003, Books has gone through three major iterations and continues to help users around the world catalog their collections.

Current Status

Active development on Books 3 has halted as work is underway on a successor product called "Codex". Audacious Software continues to distribute Books, but no updates will be made available in the foreseeable future.
