Thanksgiving travelers caught some breaks as Delaware waived tolls on its turnpike, and a much-publicized protest over what opponents call invasive security measures at the nation's airports appeared to have fizzled. For the first time in at least 15 years, the Delaware Department of Transportation authorized that the tolls be waived for drivers heading northbound on Interstate 95 for almost eight hours Wednesday.
