Nowadays students face a bewildering array of electronic sources of information. We aim to give them support to manage these resources, whilst ensuring they appropriately acknowledge the contribution of others in their work. Similarly, we offer guidance to teachers and educational institutions to assist them to encourage innovative and original work from students and uphold the integrity of their awards.

PlagiarismAdvice.org established by JISC, promotes good practice in this area and provides guidance in all aspects of plagiarism prevention. The service also provides access to, and support for the TurnitinUK plagiarism detection software, used widely by UK universities and colleges.
