Tools & Techniques

The rapid development of information technology has made available a plethora of new tools for further and higher education. Increased digital capacity and the rise of the internet continues to bring about new categories of computing devices, new types of software and new network architectures.

How can we identify which technologies are most appropriate to our needs and what techniques can we employ use these tools effectively?
