Answer: If you click an Artist's Name and don't see an Artist Store, just let us know. We're working all the time to add new Artist Stores to our catalog and build the most comprehensive artist discographies. We welcome your feedback should you encounter any problems.
Question: Why isn't music from my favorite recording artist available for download?
Answer: Our ability to offer music to you in MP3 format is limited by the rights granted to us by the record companies. Currently, not all record companies grant us a license to sell their music for download in MP3 format.
We are constantly working to establish and improve our agreements with record companies so we can offer a complete selection of music downloads in MP3.
We do expand our selection frequently and encourage you to check back for new additions to our product catalog.
Question: I am a musician and want to update my Amazon Artist Store (e.g. provide a biography, photos, videos, and full tracks for streaming). How do I do that?
Answer: Please use Artist Central to update your Amazon Artist Store. Artist Central enables musicians, record labels, managers, and publicists to provide biographies, photos, videos and full tracks for streaming, banners, as well as display Twitter feeds within your store.
