The need for change

A bold and challenging plan has now been developed to enable ND to move forward to become a more agile and responsive regulator, effectively responding to a fast changing environment and creating a vibrant successful, open and transparent, world leading organisation.

We have begun implementation by establishing clearly the outcomes we need to achieve, and developing a Transformation Programme to achieve greater regulatory and organisational effectiveness and efficiency in order to deliver them.
