How can I update my West Legal Directory (WLD) attorney or law firm profile?

Any member of your firm can register to use the Profile Update tool and can then update your attorney or law firm profiles. Visit www.profileupdate.findlaw.com to access your profile.

If you prefer to have FindLaw take care of your changes for you, you can submit the changes online to WLD.update@thomson.com or contact your FindLaw Account Manager at 1-800-455-4565, ext. 67806.

How can I monitor the traffic on my Web site?

The FindLaw.com Web Traffic Reporting System, powered by WebSideStory, provides easy access to traffic reports in real time, any time you want to access them. To access your reports, go to http://reports.findlaw.com and enter your firm's Customer ID, Username and Password.
