Gordon Brown has delivered what is expected to be his final big set speech before polling day.

Speaking to an audience at Bradford University, he warned that the economic recovery was at risk from a Conservative government.

He said the Tories opposed state support at the height of the global financial crisis, and this was not the time to let them run the economy.
