As recorded by PoliticsHome, the Mayor of London told Radio 4's World at One:
"This no-fly zone, this closure of airspace over the country could just go on for an indefinite period of time at this level of risk to aviation. And what I would really like to know is whether we're absolutely certain that the initial decision taken to close down UK aviation at this level of risk was correct and whether it was capable of being revisited."
I'm with Boris. I have little doubt that the ban will come to be seen as the most expensive ever example of our risk averse, safety first culture. It's killing an already struggling industry and all on the basis of computer models, ignoring the evidence of test flight after test flight.
