This market leading learning and development company requires a Client Services Manager to manage the client services team. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the company due to the recent acquisition of some new big blue chip clients. This role is for an outstanding graduate with extensive experience of account managing within a blue chip environment and ideally experience within some form of learning and development. The key areas of focus will be delighting clients with the successful delivery of complex programmes, robust management of a team, process improvement to increase operating profit as the business grows by streamlining delivery. You will look after your own portfolio of top-notch clients and it is essential that you have experience of managing people, including turning around poor performance and accelerating top talent. You must be a graduate and have at least 4 years experience in B2B client facing roles that include project/programme management and have an impressive track record of steering complex client programmes to successful conclusions.
