Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Gamers from around the world should be able to play "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" with a little less lag now, as a new fix has been applied to the game's matchmaking system. It doesn't sound like you'll log on and see anything fundamentally different about the "MW2" multiplayer experience, but if you've had problems with lag due to matches spanning a couple of continents, this update to the process should help you out a bit.

Batman: Arkham Asylum

Rocksteady Studios, who is now owned by Warner Bros., wants to make a "Batman: Arkham Asylum" sequel. They also appear to have more plans for the series' first installment and are looking for skilled workers to help them out with that effort.

"Want to work on DLC for Batman: Arkham Asylum in London? Drop [us] a line," a message sent out by Rocksteady's recruitment agent read, according to CVG. The studio posted an ad back in February announcing their search for a new lead artist, the report states. So you better believe Rocksteady is going to be hard at work with Batman for now while WB's new Montreal offices get set to tackle other DC Comics properties.

Adon Character Shot

In another life perhaps Adon would have been a poet who focused his beautiful words on large cats and sharp stabby things. Lucky for us this former "Street Fighter Alpha 3" combatant and new entrant in "Super Street Fighter 4" decided to hone his calves instead of sharpen his quill. We wouldn't have much to break down otherwise.

"It was interesting," Shadow said in an interview with Radio One presenter Zane Lowe. "I'm actually working on the next one as well. But yeah, it was a trip."

Dead Rising 2

The first "Dead Rising" featured an unexpected game element which could occupy your time when you weren't recusing survivors or blasting the heads off zombies. Frank West, that game's hero, was a journalist (who covered wars), so he had his camera with him at all times. Taking pictures of zombies in wacky situations resulted in bonus experience points and gave players a non-violent outlet as a nice change of pace.

"Dead Rising 2" doesn't star a journalist. Chuck Greene is a former motocross champion and is a handy mechanic. These skills replace the camera in "Dead Rising 2," as Chuck is able to combine two seemingly incongruous items and make them into something awesome. Duct tape is truely the gift that keeps on giving.

At a recent press event, I was able to test out a wide array of different combinations and, though I haven't covered wars, I am pretty good at taking notes, so I jotted down as many as I could. Here are some of the awesome combo items you can create in "Dead Rising 2."

However, amongst the power-ups and nine tiers of rivals to work your way through in the solo campaign, there is one feature that you won't find in the single-player campaign of "Blur": time travel.

Luigi Super Mario Galaxy 2

No one ever said that Luigi would stay away from "Super Mario Galaxy 2." In all of the hubbub about level details and enhanced co-op play, though, his brother has been the one in the spotlight. If you were among those fearing that the green Mario brother might have slipped out the back door following the first "Mario Galaxy," rest easy, because Nintendo has presented evidence that he does in fact have a role.

Modern Warfare 2

Former Infinity Ward bosses Jason West and Vince Zampella named unpaid bonuses among their grievances against Activision after they were dismissed in March. The massive commercial success Activision's studio experienced with "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" produced plenty of money, but the bonuses West and Zampella believe to be theirs will now be going other employees. This much was confirmed by Activision in an explanation of the company's current incentive system to keep talent around at IW.
