Orderable Materials
Military OneSource has free promotional materials available in a variety of formats (magnets, wallet cards, brochures, flyers, etc). These materials are an excellent tool in assisting units and installation support services in their efforts to educate the military community about Military OneSource.
Please make sure to see our guidelines for ordering Military OneSource materials.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8.1.2 or higher installed to fill out the online order form. Previous versions of Adobe Reader do no allow you to save your information in the form.

Complete the online order form and e-mail it to MOS.Promotional.Materials.Request@MilitaryOneSource.com or call 1-800-342-9647 to speak with a consultant.
If you are having problems using our online order form, please check the following:
- Make sure you have Adobe Reader Version 8.1.2 or higher. Previous versions of Adobe will not allow you to save your information in the form.
- If you aren't sure if your order was sent, check your e-mail "sent items." If you do not see the order form there, it was not sent.
- If you are experiencing problems with the "Send" button on the order form, save a completed copy of your order form on your computer and manually attach it to an e-mail. E-mail the completed order form to MOS.Promotional.Materials.Request@MilitaryOneSource.com.
