Bury has the best
performing schools within
the Greater Manchester district and are continually highly placed within the country’s published league table. The Conservative Group will always defend our successful school system. Both our Primary and High Schools offer the best education in the country and the Conservatives are committed to protecting and supporting them in all areas.
Better Roads
Over many years, our
roads have been a low
priority on the Council’s agenda. This will change. We will endeavour to improve the quality of roads and pavements and their overall cleanliness.
We need a campaign for a General Election, to be held as soon as possible after the 4th June.

collection of household general waste. We will enable all residents of the Borough to participate in the recycling process to which Conservatives are 100% committed.
