Welcome

It is a tremendous honour to have been selected to represent the Conservative party in Central Suffolk and North Ipswich.

I would like to pay tribute to the other candidates, the Association’s highly efficient management of the primary process, the Association Chairman Steve Britt, and particularly Sir Michael Lord’s outstanding record of constituency work here.

I will be working hard to represent every community in the weeks and months ahead.

My fiancée Joanna grew up in mid-Suffolk and went to school in Stowmarket and we have a base at Joanna’s parent’s home in Great Finborough. I shall be living locally by January, and plan to be working as a locum doctor for the NHS in Suffolk in the run up to the General Election, so that I can devote my full energies to the constituency.
