First of all a big thank you to all of you who supported me in becoming your MEP for the East Midlands. It is a position of great privilege and responsibility and I promise to do my best to represent the region and our great country to the best of my ability.

We have already been busy in the European Parliament setting up our new group the European Conservatives and Reformists delivering on David Cameron's pledge. We are already having a real impact in the Parliament and it is great to be working with conservatives from across Europe. I have also been appointed Conservative Spokesman and Group Coordinator for the ECR on the Culture and Education Committee and been made substitute member of the Internal Market and International Development committee. All of these are personal interests of mine and I would love to hear how these areas affect you and what I can do for you in the Parliament on these issues.

Roger and I have also set up a new office in Market Harborough the details of which you
can find opposite.

My website is currently being updated so will be slightly behind the times for a short while but we hope to relaunch the site as soon as possible. In the meantime please do get in touch if there is any issue I can help you with or if you would like me to visit you or attend your event.
