Culinary Arts

An education in the culinary arts means comprehensive training in your chosen niche. Students may choose to focus on hospitality management, catering, fine dining, pastry chef, or executive chef concentrations. Training typically leads to six- to eight-week diplomas, special certificates, a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree or the four-year Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts. Students choose the educational program that fits their commitment level and career goals.
