Windsor hoop clinics: Windsor boys and girls fundamental clinics with coach Ken Smith will be held Saturdays through Oct. 24 at the Wilson Community Center. Diamond Club Hall of Fame: The Southern Connecticut Diamond Club Hall of Fame induction dinner will be Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. at Monticello's Restaurant, 577 S. Broad Street, Meriden. Inductees are John Carusone, Augie Garbatini, Ed Rapuano Jr., Vin Virgulto and George Wadley. Ed Klinkhammer will receive the Andrew Gassira Umpire Award. Ghost Run: The Airline Trail Ghost Run/Relay (13.8 miles) will be held Nov. 7 at 9 a.m., starting at Hebron Elementary School and ending at Center Elementary School in East Hampton. Kent Pumpkin Run: The 33rd Kent Pumpkin Run 5-mile road race will be Oct. 25 at noon at Kent Green Boulevard. Pre-registered runners will receive a commemorative T-shirt. Fee is $18.
