Canon Business Solutions formally opened a sales and service office in Hartford Wednesday, part of a national expansion intended to add 22 new offices by 2011.
The office actually opened six months ago.
The Hartford office employs about 20 sales and service personnel. Canon had an existing office in Norwalk.
Canon Business Solutions, a division of Long Island-based Canon U.S.A., makes copiers, printers, scanners and fax machines.
