The U.S. space shuttle Endeavour landed safely at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida Friday after a successful 16-day mission to the International Space Station.

Space shuttle Endeavour readies return to Earth

The space shuttle Endeavour undocked from the International Space Station on Tuesday to take photographs of the orbiting research facility before final maneuvers to prepare its return home.
