What's New! The Center for the Book has an upcoming event and a new bibliography out. We will be at the Michigan Reads kick off event at the Great Lakes Folk Festival in East Lansing on Saturday, August 8th.
We also have published the Michigan Teen Adventures bibliography of teen novels set in Michigan, both contemporary and historical.
We will have the Kerrytown Bookfest and the National Book Festival in September. More information coming on that soon!

The Michigan Center for the Book is a program of the Library of Michigan and its affiliates. It is also the Michigan affiliate of the National Center for the Book at the Library of Congress. |

The Center draws from the Library of Michigan and its affiliate institutions to encourage and produce local and statewide programs and resources that promote books, reading, authors and libraries. |

As the Michigan affiliate of the
National Center for the Book, the Center also seeks to further in Michigan the National Center's goal of promoting books, reading, libraries and literacy.

Structure of the Michigan Center for the Book
