 Rule Promulgation
Hello all,
The new HAL/LM State Aid Rules (R 397.01 to R397.92) are now in final form, and the official version has been published in the April 15, 2009 issue of the Michigan Register.
The official rules have also been filed with the Secretary of State, as are all Michigan laws. By virtue of their own terms, the new rules will take effect on October 1, 2009.
Thank you all for your participation in their development. Your comments, suggested changes, and proposed wording were much appreciated. It has been a long, but productive process. We should all be pleased with the final results.
Also, please note that we will be putting out supplementary information and guidance and will be scheduling the related workshops in the next several months, so stay tuned.
