There is accommodation for international participants on the Caribbean Princess Cruise ship where the Private Sector Forum will be held. Persons who require accommodation can visit the link:

Bookings are on a first-come, first served basis. Room rates include accommodation, meals while onboard the ship, standard shipboard gratuities and Government taxes and fees.
Alternative Accommodation: There are numerous hotels and guest houses throughout Trinidad where persons visiting Trinidad and Tobago may wish to stay. Arrangements can be made by contacting the various hotels directly or can be made through the website:
www.gotrinidadandtobago.com
While participants of the Private Sector Forum are not prevented from making accommodation arrangements off of the ship, it is highly recommend that they make arrangements at venues located in the vicinity of Port of Spain.
Participants choosing make accommodation arrangements off of the ship should be aware that, due to the nature of the event, there will be strict security measures in the areas surrounding the official Summit Site. Participants must therefore wear the ID badge issued to them from the National Secretariat in order to gain access official. Delegations should note that different levels of access will be granted to Summit venues and events.
