CBeebies iPlayerAverage user rating From 8th May 2009 the CBeebies iPlayer is available to view via the CBeebies website (use the 'Watch CBeebies iPlayer' link to the right of this page). The specially designed version of the BBC's iPlayer puts parents in control of their children's viewing by enabling them to choose what they watch and when. The CBeebies iPlayer is designed to provide a safe, dedicated area for children under six, where they can watch content intended for them and which restricts inadvertent access to non-children's programming. This is TV to suit your family's schedule, it means that your child can watch the programmes they love when you want them to. CBeebies iPlayer follows the launch of the CBBC iPlayer last year for six to twelve year-olds. Programmes are available to view for a week after broadcast on TV; some programmes will be available for up to thirteen weeks as 'series catch-ups'. To keep the experience as simple as possible, programmes will not be available to download from the CBeebies iPlayer. However, they will be available in the normal way for download from the main BBC iPlayer site. Related LinksOn Grown-upsOn CBeebiesOn the BBC |
