Renowned author and economist Professor Robert Shiller will be speaking at the launch of the Social Market Foundation’s new report on unemployment insurance. The report Anglo-Flexicurity: Insuring against unemployment in the UK draws on Prof Shiller’s work on livelihood insurance and on the SMF’s important 2008 report on the same topic.
