First of all.

THANK YOU MTV for this opportunity to speak out about my frustration and my concerns.

I have done it all by contacting the Authorities, Organizations and Foundations to speak out with my voice and about my concerns about some issues that are bothering me.
Let me emphasize about the issue of "Music Education for the teens and children, "Especially GUITAR LESSONS - which to me is Music Education" which I found out there is NO - NO - NO such program avialble for them, in the past, present and in the future if I am NOT WRONG.

Let me make the story short.

Hello Everyone;

Between 1991 and 1992 I helped build a brand new computer lab for Grandview Elementary School in Lake Arrowhead CA.
It had 60 workstations running Novell Netware 4.2.
I donated my time by charging a very minimal charge, and both of my sons were attending Grandview. The oldest son, was in second grade, and the youngest son was in kindergarten. I will search for the letter of recommendation for you to view. My wife is also a guitar teacher, with 10 years experience, all ages, groups and one on one lessons.
Mr. Jeff Hubbard, the Principal later to become Superintendant for San Bernadino County, wrote a letter of recommendation for my work.

I wish the education dept. in Washington would not ignore my emails contacting them and introduce this great program as an after school activity, that will not impact their daily studies.

Again, it is an afterschool activity and the benefits of it will help them in so many ways.
For example it will enhance their intelligence because music is a science, math, art. It teaches patience, discipline, and not to give up easily.
This will help them in their accademics, and they can apply this to their life.
Of course, I am saying this to those kids who are interested in learning guitar lessons.
I am not talking about those kids who are not interested.
Again this is an afterschool activity, and is not manditory.
It is an elective.

The school does not have to do anything. Their computer lab and internet access is ready, all they have to do is log into guiterelements.com to access lessons. That is all, it costs nothing,
The schools and I can together ask musical instrument manufacturers to help, either to donate or give discounts on guitars.
It doesn't have to be expensive guitars, just good enough to get started, or guitarelements will even donate a few guitars.

We hope someone from the education dept. reads this post.

Never judge a book by it's cover.

By the way, I also dream of making Bass, Piano, and or even Drum Modules.
Music theory logic is the same as far as programming, and I have one of the best software currently on the market that is truly teaching what it is supposed to teach. I have friends that will help me that are teachers for those instruments listed above.

If guitarelements do not have the support and people are rejecting it.

I have to give up, even thought I will never want to.

I need to CHANGE, as this project has been dragging me, and draining me, I do not think it is going to work.
I building this for a change, for a dream and for THE PEOPLE.

But for what ever reasons the people don't want to support it or don't even want to know what is does.

Why should I keep on going?

I can not understand what I got Awards for?

I contacted Bill Gates foundation, CA Governor office, CNN, NBC.... You name it I did it. I contact them all.

Bill Gate foud. replied 2 times, the reason for rejecting because I am "No catergorie? becasue I charge the Adults fee to join guitarelements. But I Donate to ALL TEENS. How DO I support this project with out money, which I wish, pray and dream the Adults will support that is how I keep up this project.
If it is free for ALL. Where do I get the fund to operator it?

CA governor office replied they already arrange 206 millions dollars for the fiscal 2008-2009 for education. they replied twice.

DAMN IT. - I AM NOT ASKING FOR MONEY - NOTHING

I DO NATE THIS FOR GOD SAKE.

They do not have this program ever "GUITAR LESSONS" and they will never have something like this "the past, now and the future. I assure you all that".

Becasue I believe they will not do what I do and give what I give.
