Full Summary

They're back! When we head inside Run's House, the family is home -- minus the man of the house, Rev Run, who is still on tour with Kid Rock. Run has been gone for a month and everyone -- even teething baby Miley -- is starting to miss him.

In Rev Run's absence, Russy tries to assert some authority, telling his mom Justine not let Miley teethe on a "dangerous" pretzel stick. Justine won't hear it -- she's done this before, right? -- and takes Miley over to visit with her "nice" brother Diggy. Unfortunately for Diggy, Miley doesn't go for nice boys, and she actually spits up in his face. Gross!

Meanwhile, Vanessa and Angela are living it up in Los Angeles, where they're having difficulty staying on top of their business. When they ignore a call from Solomon, the VP of Vida Shoes International, the stern businessman decides to tattle on them to papa Run ... just as his tour bus pulls up in front of Run's House.

Happy to be home, Rev Run gets right to business, recruiting JoJo to fly to L.A. and help Vanessa and Angela set up a video conferencing system so they can stay on top of things. Always looking to get ahead, JoJo asks how he'll be compensated for his technical skills. After some ruthless negotiating on both sides, they agree on a coach plane ticket, $430 cash and some M&M;'s. Now that's how you do business!

With the deal in place, Run calls the girls to inform them of the plan, but they don't seem too confident that JoJo will actually help them out. Russy, on the other hand, thinks his little sister, Miley, can do no wrong. But his excitement about the new addition has turned him into an overprotective "mini Mr. Mom" and Justine is concerned that he's becoming overbearing.

Later, JoJo arrives in L.A., ready to party. Vanessa and Angela remind him he was sent there to work, but JoJo will not be denied. He convinces them to go clubbing with him, which isn't exactly a challenge.

When Rev Run calls to check in on the West Coast crew and hears the loud bass of a club, he's worried that JoJo won't hold up his end of the bargain. Meanwhile, Justine is more concerned about their other son, Russy, so she asks Run to remind him that there is a pecking order in Run's House and mama rules the roost.

The next morning, JoJo's "party now, work later" mentality forces Vanessa and Angela to go out and buy some teleconferencing supplies without him. When they return home to an empty apartment, they realize that Angela's car keys have gone missing. Angela calls JoJo and, of course, he's cruising in her Porsche. She demands that he come back immediately because they have an important conference call that afternoon, but he blows her off.

Back at Run's House, Rev Run confronts Russy about taking it easy with baby Miley and respecting his mother's wishes. Russy agrees, realizing that if his mom could raise someone as awesome as he is, then she must be pretty good at it. Who could argue with that logic?

In a surprising turn of events in L.A., JoJo returns to Vanessa and Angela's apartment and actually manages to set up the teleconference equipment with just seconds to spare before their big call. When JoJo flips on the TV and the girls see Solomon on the screen, they are ecstatic. Somehow, the ever-selfish JoJo has come through for them in a pinch.

Lying in bed with Justine, Rev Run calls the girls to check on the JoJo situation and is delighted to hear that everything worked out. He's also happy to learn that Russy has apologized for stepping on his mom's toes. Yup, the king has returned, and all is well in Run's House.

"Is the rock star life all it's cracked up to be? It sure is. It can be great! But life on the road can also be bumpy and lonely. Because when you're far away from home, you're far away from family. Remember, the best arena to rock is the one that houses your family. God is love" --Rev Run
