Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We always try to put our customers first: your satisfaction with the products you buy and the service you receive from us is our primary concern. Every Book, Magazine, Music or Video/DVD Collection that you order from us has been produced for you using only the finest quality materials, and we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

  • If you ever wish to cancel an order that you have made, please call our Customer Services Department on the number below. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible usually within 48 hours: if the product you have ordered has already been sent, we will arrange for its return.
  • Should you wish to return a product that you have ordered, you may do so at any time within seven working days and receive a full refund of any money you may have paid.
  • The telephone number to call for cancellations or returns is: 0870 160 7070. Minicom users can call us on 0870 600 1153. Please note, Minicom is the common British name for a telecommunications device for the deaf or hard of
    hearing and as such this number will not work with conventional telephones. Lines are open: 8:00am to 6:00pm on Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday.
  • It would help us immensely if you have your 10-digit Reader's Digest Customer Number to hand when you call: you can find your Reader's Digest Customer Number on any bill or delivery note sent from Reader's Digest.
