Richland School District participates in the Federal School Lunch Program. The program is available to all students of families meeting specified income requirements. Every two years the School District is required to have new applications from parents. Parents are required to file a new application anytime the family income changes.

Health Entry Requirements

This file will provide health information for Kindergartners and First Grade students entering school for the first time. An oral health exam is a new requirement for students in the first grade for 2007-2008. Also kindergarten students registering for the 2007-2008 school year must have an oral health exam.
