Phrase of the week came early Monday. Trade deals, said Mike Moore (the New Zealand one), worked by "constructive ambiguity". Good old Mike. Ex MP, ex PM, ex Trade Minister, briefly head of the WTO (World Trade Organisation). I guess he knows more than most on the subject.
