HMH Strikes Deal for Greenwood with ABC-CLIO
ABC-CLIO has struck a deal with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt giving the Santa Barbara publisher a perpetual license to publish all the titles published by HMH's reference division, Greenwood Publishing. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but the agreement includes the transfer of certain Greenwood assets--including copyrights, contracts and inventory--to ABC-CLIO.
