• any book or gift item in its original condition
• any unopened CD, DVD, VHS or software package

To return an item to us, please:

1. Fill out the return form on the reverse of your packing slip
2. Include the packing slip with your return
3. Send the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post to:

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your package (note that shipping fees are not credited.) If you have any additional questions, please email our Customer Service department at rdstore_cs@rdstore.com .
