There will be a live concert on race day in each host city, with top musical artists from around the world performing. Melbourne is the host city for the Nike+ Human Race 10k in Australia, with the Sidney Myer Music Bowl staging the after-race concert featuring top music acts Hilltop Hoods and Faker. What a waste of energy just to advertise ones product. Aren't we supposed to be conserving energy and putting it to better use? What a total waste! Just the food energy burnt up in this event would keep the starving people in some village alive for a considerable length of time in some third world country. Regards, Sumner Berg
