As a public agency, IRWD makes some of its meeting rooms available free of charge to non-profit organizations within our service area (which includes Irvine, portions of Lake Forest, Portola Hills, Foothill Ranch, Newport Coast, Tustin Ranch,  Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Orange and portions of unincorporated Orange County).

In order to secure your reservation, you must completely fill out the "Application for Use of Meeting Room Facilities" and the "Temporary Entry Permit." You will be unable to reserve the facility unless these documents are received.

Headquarters facilities
Available rooms include the IRWD Board Room and the Multi-Purpose Room, both in the IRWD Sand Canyon Headquarters Building.  These rooms are very popular and often are booked months in advance.
