Engineering the Future

Since its founding in 1901, the LC Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science (LCS) at Syracuse University has been leading the way in educating engineers and computer scientists, creating new knowledge and technologies and anticipating the evolution of the field. With a strong history of preparing leaders from around the globe, our research-centered college allows our students to take advantage of the breadth and depth of our engineering education and research.

We offer a total of 9 different undergraduate degree programs, a variety of technical minors, and opportunities for more than 70 nontechnical minors. The common thread through all our programs is the commitment to the highest quality learning experience for every student in every area of engineering and computer science.
