Clearly one of the less talked about but important side effects of smoking dope is that you become convinced you are much cleverer than those poor fools who abstain . It must seem terribly unfair that their lives are a mess .

Erm ... can't you still grow one plant legally in SA? Great lawmaking guys. Grow it, just don't smoke it. Bravo. All this will accomplish is injuring kids injuring their lungs by using chemical bottles etc, or smoking burnt plastic. Hooray for politicians - how many of them head home to fire up a fat one?

How does this help exactly?? Maybe you should ban all containers that can hold liquid so that people cant drink alcohol aswell!
