Welcome to Summer NAMM!
From July 14 to 16, Austin was the place to be, as Summer NAMM made its debut in the "live music capital of the world." With some 150 live music venues (more per capita than Nashville, L.A., Las Vegas or New York City), there was no shortage of musical fun for attendees.

Sure, the parties, concerts, cool swag and hanging out in hotel bars until all hours did have its appeal, but a first-hand opportunity to check out new gear was what brought the crowds. With that in mind, the editors of Electronic Musician, Remix and Mix magazines put together this products guide to give showgoers a preview and a review of some hip audio production tools debuting at Summer NAMM 2006.
