Annual Salary Review 2006-2007 - Dates and Deadlines

Salary Review

Now through July 31: Top Approvers, Salary Approvers and Salary Supervisors* may work on the salary review pages. The deadline for Top Approvers to submit final approval is August 1, therefore, approvers and supervisors should complete their approvals before this date.

If you would like to download employee lists, use the Salary Review by Department Report.

Final Approval

August 1: Top Approvers will need to approve all lists no later than this date.

Note that assistants, such as secretaries, assistant deans, etc., whom have been authorized to view salary pages should NOT submit the final approval. The Top Approver needs to be logged in to have the final notification arrive in the Compensation Department and to record the Top Approver's electronic signature.

Employee Notification

Mid-August: Letters to employees will be delivered to department heads to be discussed with employees prior to the effective date of new wage rates/salaries.

September 15: First pay day reflecting new staff wage rates.

September 30: First pay day reflecting new administrative salaries.

*Top Approvers are college or division heads who give the final approval of raises. Salary Approvers and Salary Supervisors are managers or supervisors whom have been designated to determine salary increases.
