Manage Your Benefits Online
Following are some of the things you can do when you manage your benefits online at http://www.dmba.com.
- Change your PIN
- Request your PIN be mailed to you
- View your Personal Statement of Benefits (coverage levels)
- Add/change dependents
- Apply for/change SGTL insurance
- Add/change 24 hour AD&D
- Change life insurance beneficiaries
- Change Primary Care Physician (PCP for ManagedCare plan)
- View medical/dental claims history/status. (This includes your explanation of benefits (EOB) for specific claims in printer friendly format.)
- Submit FSA claims
- View FSA account balances
- View out of pocket expenses for previous year
- View Savings Account balance
- Change savings contribution
- Change savings allocations
- Redistribute account balance
- Look up doctors/dentist/facilities covered by DMBA
- DMBA Handbook
- Download/Print many DMBA forms including FSA Claim Forms, Savings Withdrawal, Privacy Authorization forms etc.
New Services
There are also two new services available on the DMBA website.
The first service is a Life Events library. Eighteen different life events are featured, providing relevant plan information, checklists for actions to be taken and links within the DMBA website. Instead of looking through the DMBA Handbook for answers, you can go to one spot for information. The events featured include:

The second service is a Healthwise ®Medical Knowledgebase. This database is easy to access and contains information on hundreds of medical conditions. Information is presented on:
