Dear Shareholders;
The Osage Minerals Council is happy to announce the increase of payment for the December Payment as stated below.
The payment for the fourth quarter (December 2007 Payment) will be $7,035.00 per headright. This payment was based on total revenue of $15,682,157.00 for the third quarter production and collections. ($15,682,157.00 divided by 2,228.97393 headrights equal $7,035.00 rounded back to the nearest $5.00).
The following are amounts broken out to show major details of the $15,682,157.00:
Oil and Tank Bottoms production for the third quarter was:
1,125,142.33 gross barrels or 177,354.32 royalty barrels with oil revenue of $12,885,251.68. The average price per barrel of oil was $72.65.
Gas production for the third quarter was:
3,214,224 gross M.C.F. or 562,890.98 royalty M.C.F. and 213,356 gallons. Total gas revenue for third quarter is $2,965,146.26.
Sand and Gravel royalty for third quarter was $62,733.62.
Oil and Gas Bonuses for third quarter was $314,150.00.
Interest earned for third quarter was $117,283.00.
Gross production Tax to be paid to the State of Oklahoma for third quarter production is $792,519.89.
