Information

Office of Prestigious Scholarships & Fellowships
Introduction
Welcome to the home page of the Office of Prestigious Scholarships and Fellowships (OPSF) at Brigham Young University, which assists undergraduate and graduate students in finding and applying for externally funded research and study opportunities.

To begin gathering information about these scholarships and fellowships, students should read the material on this web page and then review the specific scholarship's web page for more detailed instructions. This site describes the most prestigious scholarships and fellowships, but by no means is it comprehensive. Other opportunities such as internships, research grants, study abroad programs, and summer programs are also available and can help make a student more competitive in the application process for prestigious scholarships and fellowships.

To further assist students interested in applying for funding, OPSF holds scholarship/fellowship information meetings each year. There are also "Related links" throughout the pages that provide extra information about the various programs or advice for applicants. OPSF provides a list of links to other resources that can further assist students searching for funding.

For more information, please refer to our frequently asked questions (FAQs), or contact us. Best wishes in your scholarship/fellowship endeavors!
