Provides users with access to the latest common applications. Users can browse the Internet, do word processing, work with spreadsheets, create presentations, create Web pages, print, save files on a BYU network server and perform other functions. All computers have CD-RW/DVD drives. Some computers have built-in 3.5" floppy and/or ZIP 250 drives, which will be phased out over the next few years and will become progressively less available.
Only current daytime students, faculty and full-time staff are able to use Open Access Computer Labs.

Employees may schedule a lab for an entire semester by calling Campus Scheduling. If a lab is only needed once or twice, contact the Open Access Computer Labs office at 422-2647.
