What does this product do?

This product uses the internet protocol (IP) telephone system, which goes through the same network as office computers on campus.

Note: All calls made from BYU office telephones will display "Brigham Young University" on the Caller ID for calls placed off campus. This cannot be personalized for individual users.

What are the choices?

This product is available in the following configurations:

• Model 7940 has one programmable button
• Model 7960 has five programmable buttons for speed dials or additional lines
• Model 7936 is an IP Conference Station
• Analog line for fax machines, etc.
• Call Processing and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

NOTE: Handsets are available in the Bookstore. Headsets are available from BYU Purchasing at (801) 422-3473.
