What does this product do?
- Data recovery ("U" drive, hard drive and removable media)
- BYU network connectivity (wired and wireless)
- Virus/Spyware protection (installation, removal, configuration, etc.)
- Hardware diagnostics and configuration
- Software assistance (installation, configuration, removal, etc.)
- Printing (configure to Signature Card Printing
- General computer assistance
How can I access this product?
Personal Computer Support is located in HBLL 2750. Technicians are available Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for scheduled appointments. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 422-4000. Walk-ins will be welcomed if a technician is available.
What are the costs?
- $6/15 minutes - data recovery for media other than hard drives
- $50/hour - data recovery for hard drives
- $6/15 minutes - all other services
