What does this product do?

Allows the electronic recording of employee's work hours/data.

How can I access this product?

• Kronos terminal device/station mounted on walls in appropriate campus buildings. Swipe your BYU ID card or enter your BYU ID number.
• Sign in at http://www.byu.edu to select the appropriate product/service link in Route Y (access by this method requires department approval).

What are the features?

Besides the usual "clock/punch in/out", departments determine which additional features will be available to their employees, such as:

• Access Kronos via Route Y.
• Record sick and vacation time (full-time employees only).
• Record time spent on special jobs/tasks.
• Load time after the fact or for missed punches.
