What does this product do?
Equipment and personnel can be provided to support campus events requiring audio reinforcement, video support and artistic lighting.
How do I obtain this product?
To schedule equipment and personnel consultations refer to the link(s) in the left sidebar.
Please give 24-hour advance notice during fall and winter semesters and 48-hours advance notice during spring and summer terms.
What are the choices?
Based on needs and conditions of the campus event, technicians can provide the following high-quality equipment to customize support:
- Audio - sound systems, recording systems and audio playback
- Video - cameras, video playback and video recording
- Artistic Lighting - dimmed lighting, fixed lighting and spotlighting
Technicians are also available for consultation prior to an event and during events to ensure satisfaction.
What are the costs?
Labor rates and equipment costs vary based upon the equipment requirements, configuration, availability and the length of consultation or event.
