What does this product do?
This product (also known as documentum) allows authorized content personnel to easily create, manage and update college or department information on approved BYU web sites in a non-technical way.
How can I access this product?
An assessment must be provided by Garin Granata in the Office of IT at (801) 422-6721 or garin_granata@byu.edu.
What are the features?
- Provides enhanced ease of use and management of Web content by non-technical content personnel
- Enhanced ability to comply with university standards for the management and presentation of Web content
- Reduced costs compared to dedicated Web servers
- Provides additional capabilities for content reuse
- Integrated with the university enterprise content management system
