Do Alumni get an e-mail address?: All alumni have access to our e-mail forwarding feature. You can have mail sent to a BYU address forwarded to your personal e-mail account. On alumni.byu.edu there is a link to lifetime e-mail forwarding. If you follow the prompts you should be able to setup an account. If you have any questions you can contact us at 801-422-4000.
I forgot my password. What do I need to do to change it?: For security reasons, password changes are made over the phone. If you call 801-422-4000, we can reset the password for you.
I need to find a friend. Where should I start?: There are generally two ways to search for somebody. You can either use the online directory or you can call Records at: (801)422-6740. If you do not have access to the directory, please fill out the form below and we will get you access as soon as we can.
