• Rare maps from the collections of the State Library of NSW
  A selection of 85 manuscript and printed maps and charts, which illustrate the unveiling of the mysteries of the islands and the continents of the Southern Hemisphere between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries
• Sydney and New South Wales subdivision plans
  This is a selection of bright and colourful subdivision plans of Sydney and NSW towns. These lithographed land sale posters, dating from the 1880s to 1930s, are valuable chronicles of the past, recording the subdivision and development of land, and changes in land ownership.
• Fire and Accident Underwriters Association of NSW Detail survey maps: Block plan City of Sydney, 1919-1940

  The Block plan in 131 sheets is a valuable record of changes in ownership and composition of commercial premises, showing streets, buildings, and harbour installations . The area covered includes Circular Quay, Central, Darling Harbour and part of Pyrmont.
• NSW Department of Lands Sydney Metropolitan Detail survey series, 1883-1920
  ZM Ser 4 811.17/1
  The series in 767 numbered sheets covers the area between Port Jackson to Botany, and Leichhardt to the sea. It shows street blocks with accurate outlines of all buildings - some are named, streets, lanes, wharves, tramlines, sewer shafts and manholes.
• NSW Department of Lands Parramatta Detail survey series, 1895
  ZM Ser 4 811.1301/1
  The series includes 69 sheets for numbered Parramatta Sections showing base outlines of all types of buildings, and including names of public buildings, some of the residences, churches, inns, streets, municipal boundaries, and coordinates from trigonometric stations.
• NSW Department of Lands Municipality maps series, Sydney Metropolitan Area, 1917-

  Municipalities included are Annandale, Balmain, Botany, Canterbury, Darlington, The Glebe, Hurstville, Kogarah, Lane Cove, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Mascot, Mosman, Newtown, North Sydney, Petersham, Randwick, Rockdale, Willoughby. 73 maps show reclamations, special leases, resumptions and acquisitions by the Crown, volume and folio numbers or date of Crown grant of portions, boundaries of subdivided grants and private subdivisions.
