Comic Book Urban Legends Revealed Addendum

I am revising an Urban Legend that appeared awhile back for inclusion in a future installment of Comic Book Urban Legends Revealed (Comic creator Val Staples agreed to give me all the juicy details). In the meantime, with a hole now in that former installment, I put a new urban legend in its place, dealing with the origin of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the appearance of a familiar face to Marvel fans in the first issue. Comic Book Urban Legends Revealed #98 Addendum!

So, reader yo go re asked me (and I’m sure most of you other folks were thinking the same thing) about the great Doctor Strange house ad for the aborted Roger Stern/Frank Miller run on Doctor Strange that I (and Roger Stern, as well) raved about. He wanted to see this ad that I said looked awesome. I didn’t have a scan at the time, so I went to the master himself, NeilAlieN, the king of Doctor Strange info, and he ably complied. Click here for his entry on the ad in question (along with the pic), or just click on “read the rest”.
