Mary Lou Fulton received an honorary Doctorate of Education from BYU during the Spring 2007 Commencement Ceremony. Pat Wolfe, educator and author discussed the application of brain research to educational practice at the 2007 Instructional Leadership Conference. She says, “The better we understand the brain the more effective we’ll be at teaching.”
McKay School professor of educational leadership LeGrand Richards recently published an article about the effect of an anti-Mormon text on the conversion of founding BYU President Karl G. Maeser. The article, titled "Moritz Busch's Die Mormonen and the Conversion of Karl G. Maeser" appeared in the Fall 2006 edition of BYU Studies.
